Adam Consult is initially operating with a lean team that will be expanded with the growth of the business to offer the very best of services to its growing clients. This team comprises of the Managing Director, Principal Agent, Marketing Assistants and a Finance & Administration Officer. The Managing Director offers strategic leadership and general direction of Adam Consult. The Principal Agent oversees the product management aspects of the company, i.e. sales and letting of apartments and the general management of the agency. He also manage the marketing team. The Finance Officer manages the general finance and administration duties.
